How BPMS supports this workflow
A multifamily audit must represent the whole building without losing the differences between dwelling units. BPMS separates building-level information from unit-level square footage, windows, lighting, refrigerators, ASHRAE ventilation information, and other observations.
Heating, cooling, and water-heating equipment can be recorded as shared central systems or as multiple systems serving specific units or areas. Common-area lighting and other shared loads remain attached to the building record, allowing reports to explain both unit-specific and whole-building findings.
